The Alameda Wellness Campus was Awarded $15.5 Million from the state of California Community Care Expansion Program

We are delighted to share that Alameda Point Collaborative (APC) was awarded $15.5 million from the Community Care Expansion (CCE) program, administered by the California Department of Social Services. With this state funding, we enter into the final phase of our capital campaign to construct the Medical Respite Center and Health Clinic. This funding reinforces that our vision to create a national model of integrated care for unhoused individuals with complex health conditions is both vital and timely.

We are deeply grateful to the generosity and dedication of our funding partners Our Project Champions have provided stellar leadership to advance our capital campaign and integrated service model.

With this momentum, we are focused on bringing the Medical Respite Center to fruition. In partnership, we look forward to providing dignified, high-quality, and compassionate recuperative care for our unhoused, medically vulnerable neighbors.

Supporters see this pioneering wellness campus as a national model for unhoused adults living with complex health conditions.
