The Wellness Campus was awarded $30 Million capital funds from the California Community Care (CCE) Program in support of both the 50-bed Medical Respite Center and 100 unit Permanent Supportive Housing community
Administered by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), this significant CCE grant award, along with key government and philanthropic funding partners, enables APC to complete the Medical Respite capital campaign and help fund the Supportive housing for Seniors.
Project Champions have provided key leadership to shape the Wellness Campus vision and advance our capital campaign.
Supporters see this pioneering wellness campus as a national model for unhoused adults living with complex health conditions.
